Futurepay Recurring Payments

FuturePay from WorldPay allows you to pay for your device insurance cover online, by instalments. Your debit or credit card will be charged monthly for the period of your insurance cover (up to a maximum of 5 years)

Period of Cover

You have purchased a monthly contract; your insurance starts at the time of purchase and lasts for a period of 1 month. The first month’s insurance is offered for free. It will then continue for further monthly periods provided you continue to pay your monthly premiums as they become due. The monthly premium you pay is as confirmed at the time of purchase and will be collected by the administrator monthly in advance.

How to cancel

Cooling off period

You may cancel the insurance within 14 days of receiving the insurance documents by writing to: Citymain Administrators Limited, 3000 Lakeside, North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3EN, Email: info@spbuk.com or by calling telephone number 0333 009 0158 (local rate call), should you decide the insurance is no longer appropriate or required. Please note if you do cancel the insurance within 14 days your cover will expire at the end of the free month’s cover provided under the policy.

Cancellation following the cooling off period

You may cancel the insurance at any time by contacting the administrator. If you cancel following the 14-day cooling-off period, your cover will continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No pro-rata return of premium will be allowed.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel this insurance by giving you at least 30 days' written notice at your last known address. Reasons we may cancel the policy are, but not limited to:

  • If we have reason to suspect you of fraud;
  • Where we have been unable to collect a premium payment from you. In this case, we will contact you by email after the first missed collection requesting payment of the premium. If we do not receive payment by the next collection date and the next payment is also missed, we will cancel your policy with immediate effect and send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If we cancel cover due to non-payment we will not attempt to process further payments from you. If you have made a valid claim prior to the cancellation date this will be processed.

You should also cancel your agreement with Futurepay by logging in to your Futurepay account using your username and password.

Please note that if you cancel following the 14-day cooling off period, your cover will continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No pro-rata return of premium will be allowed for partial months cover.

Price and payment

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out in your Music Magpie basket at the time of selecting the insurance cover and in placing your order. The premium amount shown includes insurance premium tax.

Frequency of payments

Payments will be collected monthly. Your first month’s cover is free, and we will collect your payment monthly thereafter, starting 1 month from the date of your purchase of your insurance cover.

Length of payment terms

Your policy will automatically cease upon cancellation or upon its five-year anniversary from the initial date of purchase.
